BIG Tuesday Run

6:10AM, Red Rock Canyon
44 Degrees and it warmed up fast.
15 miles on the loop and road. To finish the workout off I did a 6 mile stretch of trail. Three miles of this is mostly climbing uphill to Sandstone Quarry. It is a true test of your fitness to see if you can maintain a run to the top. My friend Josh says, "if you can maintain 10 minute pace to the top you are doing great".

PS I just informed the stripper/lawyer that she has to push me super hard in the gym over the next few weeks. We'll see if she can nut up or shut up????????????/
