Weights At Las Vegas Athletic Club

Joined another gym. Lifted at LVAC today. It's a candy-ass gym. Lots of sissy boys and girls. Good equipement and great dumbells. Good equipement to work the core.

I will spend the rest of the day getting ready for a 5 hour training run tomorrow. I should be able to get 38-42 miles in tomorrow.

Today's run was all over Green Valley. By the time is was done I had 20 miles in.

Lifted Today... Recovery Almost Complete

55 Minutes of upperbody lifting today. I am amazed at how fast I have recovered. Must be my special top secret recovery drink. I could run today if I needed. The only thing that is sore is my low back.... from all of the hills and climbing. By the end of today, I should be set and ready for a full week of training.

My legs are rocked! Soooooo sore! However, I feel like the recovery is taking place. Consumed 4700 calories so far...1200 to go.
My goal is to be fully recovered by tomorrow PM. I will only work my upper body at the gym tomorrow.

Cool run. Ran with a Burro for 1/2 mile. Saw a giant spider... this dude was huge!

Can't wait to do it again. Next time, I am scheduled for 48 miles.
